Dear Parents:
This is exam week! It is difficult to believe that we are already at the end of the first quarter of the school year. Certainly, time is passing quickly.
It is important that you assure that your child is preparing adequately for exams. Exams make up a significant portion of the overall grade for the quarter. So, it is particularly important that students put a maximum effort into reviewing and studying for their exams.
The specific schedule for the exams is as follows:
Thursday:
A Period Exam 7:40-9:15 a.m.
B Period Exam 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Friday:
C Period Exam 7:40-9:15 a.m.
D Period Exam 9:30-11:00 a.m.
Please be aware that we will have an 11:00 a.m. dismissal on both days. We ask that you make arrangements to pick up your child no later than 12:00 (noon) on both days unless he/she is participating in a supervised extracurricular activity. Also, you should know that lunch will not be served on these two days.
