De La Salle, St. James face off Thursday LIVE on SportsNOLA, WGSO

NEW ORLEANS – Live streaming of high school sports on presented by First NBC Bank features a key District 9-3A matchup as St. James faces De La Salle Thursday night at Tad Gormley Stadium.

In addition to the live video on SportsNOLA, the game will also air on WGSO 990 AM with Ken Trahan, Rick Gaille and Randy Pistorius. Both the radio and streaming broadcasts will begin at 6:45 p.m., with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m.

De La Salle, ranked second by in Class 3A, is 7-0 overall and 3-0 in 9-3A. In addition to an offense that has scored 40 or more points in every game this season, the Cavaliers have allowed only 41 points this season and have shut out their last three opponents.

St. James, 5-2 overall and 2-1 in district, is ranked 10th by SportsNOLA but will be looking to rebound from a loss at Lutcher last Friday night. The Wildcats have played well in close games, posting three victories by six points or less.

Again this season, is complementing its First NBC Bank Prep Showcase schedule with additional events that will air exclusively on Louisiana’s leading independent sports website. Additional webcasts will be announced as the season progresses. The schedule of web exclusive events will include a variety of different prep sports.

New Orleans-based First NBC Bank, in an effort to enhance the visibility of high school sports in the region, is the presenting sponsor of the web coverage in addition to its title sponsorship of the First NBC Bank Prep Showcase.
