Crescent City Sports to live stream De La Salle-Brother Martin baseball Tuesday

Crescent City Sports’ extensive live streaming coverage of high school sports shifts to the diamond Tuesday night with a key non-district baseball matchup between De La Salle and Brother Martin.

The Cavaliers and Crusaders meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Kirsch-Rooney Stadium in New Orleans. CCS’ coverage will begin just prior to first pitch, with Ken Trahan and Tommy Krysan describing the action.

De La Salle (6-2) and Brother Martin (11-1) have established themselves early as two of the top teams in the metro area. Brother Martin is the No. 1-rated team in the unofficial Division I power ratings, while De La Salle was No. 2 in Division II as of last week.

The schools were scheduled to meet on Feb. 28, but that game was postponed by rain.

For both the Cavaliers and Crusaders, Tuesday’s game serves as a key tuneup for the start of district play next week.

Crescent City Sports will feature live streaming of no fewer than 30 high school sporting events throughout the 2018-19 school year. Additionally, in cooperation with Cox Sports Television, CCS will also produce up to 10 more events that will both be televised on CST and streamed on the site.
