De La Salle shut down McMain’s potent offense, and Luke Kelly is a main reason why.
The 5-foot-10 senior safety had two interceptions, four tackles and a fumble recovery in the 14-6 win Friday.
The interceptions and the fumble recovery came in De La Salle territory.
“He was all over the field,” Coach Ryan Manale said. “He also had four tackles. That’s not bad for a safety that’s in coverage. He elevated the whole team.
