De La Salle High School is a member of the Louisiana High Athletic Association and offers 12 interscholastic programs. Cavalier athletes train in the newly renovated John J. Altobello Sports Complex. The facility include the James "Jimbo" Reily II Fitness Room which is a 3,100 square foot weight and excerise room. The William "Buck" Seeber Health and Fitness Center includes separate boys and girls P.E. facilities, 144 lockers and a state of the art training facility. The lastest addition to the Athletic Department is The Shane and Holley Guidry Baseball & Softball Complex.
