Ahmad Taylor leads De La Salle to 74-35 victory over McMain

De La Salles hot first-half performance, scoring 46 points in the first two periods, helped lead the Cavaliers to a 74-35 victory over District 11-3A foe McMain Saturday afternoon.

For De La Salle (16-7, 2-1), Ahmad Taylor led the way with 12 points while Luke Kelly had 11 points. Troy Nisby, Myles Smartt and Josh Paul scored nine points each while Ronny Briggs recorded eight points. Deshawn Wright finished with five points.

De La Salle goes on the road Tuesday to face St. Charles at 7:30 p.m.
