2013 – 2014 Registration
New student registration is being held on Friday, March 1st, at 5:30pm
Registration for returning students is being held on March 4th at the times scheduled below.

Dear Parent or Guardian:
We are preparing for the 2013-2014 school year and we will be holding a MANDATORY Registration Night for returning students on Monday, March 4, 2013 in the cafeteria. Enclosed you will find the De La Salle Tuition and Fee slip and important information regarding Registration Night.

The following documents will need to be completed and fees paid:
· Review, update and sign 2013-2014 Registration form
· Non-Refundable Registration Fee ($400)
· Non-Refundable Enrollment Fees per grade level
· Non-Refundable Tuition Insurance Premium for the
tuition payer on a tuition payment plan ($310)
· Enroll in the Tuition payment program through Gulf
Coast Bank and Trust
Please Note: The Registration form with payment must be paid on the Registration Night to avoid the $100 Registration form late fee and the $100 Registration fee nonpayment penalty. The Registration will guarantee a place for your son or daughter for the coming year. We anticipate increased enrollment and a delay in either the form and/or payment may result in your child’s being placed on a waiting list.
Registration Fees:
The Non-Refundable Registration fee is $400 per student.
Enrollment Fees: The Non-Refundable Enrollment fees are due in full on/or before Friday, April 12, 2013, and will be assessed a $100 late fee thereafter.

Tuition: Full tuition is due on or before June 15, 2013 or next business day and can be paid directly to De La Salle.
Tuition paid on an installment basis will be collected through Gulf Coast Bank and Trust. They offer several payment options all of which are NON- INTEREST charging accounts. The fee for this service is a one-time $50 activation fee and $5 per draft fee.

De La Salle has transferred all tuition installment accounts to Gulf Coast Bank and Trust. They offer several tuition payment options, which are Semi Annually, Quarterly and Monthly. The first tuition draft will occur on June 15, 2013 or next business day. The online tuition system will be available to you 24/7 and offers you the ease of account application and management. To create your tuition management account, see attached letter from Gulf Coast Bank and Trust. The De La Salle Finance department and representatives from Gulf Coast Bank will be available to answer any questions and assist with setting up your tuition account at the time of registration.
Any payments received that are returned will be assessed a return fee of $50 and late fee of $35. If the delinquent funds are not received in a timely manner, your child will not be allowed to attend classes, take quarter and final exams, and participate in extra-curricular activities or school functions until all financial obligations have been satisfied.
Tuition Insurance: Once again, we are pleased to present a tuition insurance plan for your student’s education. The annual premium per student is $310 and must be paid in full with registration on registration night.
De La Salle High School does not refund registration, enrollment fees, and tuition under any circumstances.
· For those families paying tuition in full on or
before June 15, 2013, the Tuition Insurance Plan is available and recommended,
but not required. For those families choosing to pay tuition
on a payment plan, Tuition Insurance is required and must be paid by
March 4, 2013. Additional literature on
the benefits of this plan will be available on Registration Night.
If your child receives a work study/financial aid grant, or is attending classes in the summer to determine course placement, adjustments will be automatically made to your tuition.
